This was a solid place with solid food and fun Hawaiian vibes. Food was exactly as expected. The eggs on rice I didn't get actually looked good.

: 9/10. This is my second time going to Kona Kitchen! I went there today with my best friend! We ordered the Hawaiian fried rice and 2 spam musubi! The fried rice is perfectly msde! Moist and blended well with the BBQ pork and spam, the runny egg is a great addition to the fried rice! The spam musubi is amazing and it I'd an addiction! : 9/10: Service is always great! Every waiter there has beautiful smile and they all look and dress very cute! I really appreciate their attentive service and there hospitality really made a difference. : 9/10: Great location right next to the green lake and UW! Have plenty of parkings and located in a good neighborhood! They have cute and authentic Hawaiian decors and design. The Hawaiian energy is contagious and put me in a vacation mood!

Such a fun, cute place. Nice to get a taste of Hawaii so close to home. Had about 15 minute wait when we went on Friday night around 7. Moco Loco, Chantilly cake, kalua pulled pork, mac salad, katsu pork, all so good! Comfort food for sure! There is parking on the road and behind the restaurant. The cake slices are big enough to share (but they are so good, you may not want to!). We love eating here when we are on this side of town.

This cute little place reminds me so much of local places in Hawaii. The place was packed with families and the vibe was so chill and laid-back. On top of all that, the food was tasty AND generous. My friend told me they also occasionally have karaoke set up in a little corner on weekends. I hope I can experience that sometime!
